aFe Power Takeda Dual Axle-Back Exhaust - Honda Civic 12-13 aFe is proud to introduce the new Takeda Axle Back Exhaust System for the 2013 Honda Accord Sport Sedan L4-2.4L. In recent testing this system produced 7 horsepower and 7 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust starts out with an OE style flange and uses 2.25" tubing that merges into dual 1.75" tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. TIG-welded and brushed finish mandrel bent 304 stainless steel for maximum strength and durability, this system is equipped with dual high flow, polished mufflers for maximum flow and performance. To finish off this exhaust are dual laser etched, double wall, angle cut 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle free installation. No modifications necessary. All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility. Features Simple Installation This system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Leak-Free Seal High quality OE style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface. Aggressive Sound Dual free-flowing mufflers are used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. Installed this on my 14 Accord Sport Sedan 6MT. Love it so far...I definitely was concerned about the decibel level of the tone, but it actually is quite nice. Another review had mentioned drone, and vibrations, neither of which I have experienced as of yet. Keep in mind though that this is an AFTERMARKET exhaust and therefore will be louder than your OEM exhaust. This is to be expected though (and probably welcomed) if you are looking into this or any other AM exhaust system. I drive on the highway for my commute and there is such a minimal amount of noise from the exhaust that its not noticeable at all. Drone at highway speeds can be off-putting and annoying, yet this system doesn't have a problem in that area. Installation is very simple, just use WD-40 if you are having trouble removing/swapping the rubber anchors from the OEM system. Thanks again, ... show more

I’m order to make it fit you most need to cut and plug so many other parts in order to make it work and still will not last long’ return The product and ask for a refund and about 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting on it bad service

Installed in my '14 Accord Sport 6MT. The sound this gave out once installed is thrilling! I noticed little power gain, but wasn't looking for that. I would give a 5 star, but like one of the other reviewers, rust is starting to develop on the left muffler..

    • WHAT AN EXHAUST, A TRUE MASTERPIECE!
I have an Accord Sport 13, before putting it on I was kind of worried of what it will sound like, but I decided to give a ago at it, and my god! I have made and excellent decision! The sound of the exhaust is amazing, I thought it would be to much of an "racer" type sound, but the sound is perfect on the car. Not too much drone on the car but there is still a little because of an axle back, but it is one of those good drone that you would LOVE to hear all the time! If you have an accord sport 13 or newer, I would recommend EVERYBODY to get this exhaust! You will not regret it! I PROMISE! ... show more

i am disappointed that my exhaust is rusting on my left exhaust. It came with a little bit of rust but I did not think after a few months it will get this bad I spent a lot of money buying and having someone install it. I'm not happy

    • I like the sound aloud
I like the sound aloud, this product did release the inter beast. Will have to sound dampen the truck know to keep the sound outside. the only down fall that I had with the product is the gaps between the bumper and the exhaust tip are not the same. Currently exploring other means to get the right gap.(either welding a new bracket or rebind the leading up tubing) one side is a quarter of a inch the other is an half of an inch.
