I always wear a sz 10 but ordered a 9.5 based on reviews, and it is the correct length. But toe straps are still loose — but functional enough for walking comfortably. I made an extra buckle opening for the heel strap to make shoe fit a bit better. I think a 9 would be too short in length. But overall the slope of the footbed makes a comfortable shoe with no arch support. There is firmness to footbed but some give w pressure. I followed others' advice and got 1/2 size smaller than normal, which was perfect. These are cute and amazingly comfortable - it did NOT feel like I was wearing heels. The only downside was that after only walking around the house for maybe 5 minutes to try them on, I noticed that they developed a "cut" on the top of the toe area. It was in a place where it couldn't have been caused by me - it was like a part of it caved in or something? For the price, I would not expect something like this to happen. ... show more

Pros: very cute and comfortable for standing around. Cons: After one wearing, the leather started in pull away (almost frayed looking) from the foot bed at the tip of the shoe. MIGHT be understandable if I had been abusing them all night but I wasn’t. I returned for a refund.
