Love the look of this boot and they are very comfortable BUT the zipper is an issue. It gets stuck going up and down. The look and fit is 5 star but i took a star off due to the zipper. Ill take them to the shoemaker and hopefully they have a fix. If not ill return them.

These are a great pair of comfortable cinnamon colored mid-calf boots. I wanted a pair of red booties that fit close to my legs (like sock boots) that I could wear with skinny/straight jeans and skirts. These fit the bill. I am typically a 8.5M in round toe boots and a size 9 in pointed toe boots. I got the 9. They are a half inch too big. I could have purchased the 8.5. I can wear them with thicker socks. The heel height is about 2.75 inches and they have a little 1/4 inch platform. They are quite comfortable. Very little breaking in needed. I purchased these to wear once. Thankfully I am getting my moneys worth. I wear these almost every weekend. Sometimes I stand for 3-4 hours. I can move quickly without heel or knee pain. I have arthritis in both knees and Achilles tendinitis. Mid 40’s and not ready for knee replacement so I normally avoid heels since it aggravates the knee pain. My size is a 7.5W which wasn't offered so I purchased a 8.5 to accommodate socks if needed. ... show more

I am 7.5 in sneakers, 8 in boots. Ordered these in 8; fit great with memory foam shoe inserts I added. I like that this is a mid calf boot with a mid height heel. Thank you to seller Zappos for offering it on sale for $62, here on Amazon. Really cute style boot. Wish it was real leather, or better yet, fabric, as this crappy vinyl leather never lasts too long- always rips with short wear. My biggest complaint about these boots and most ladies' boots is the cheap, slippery plastic heel they use. I like my steps to be silent and my grip to be solid. So, I pulled the cheapo heels off these, and cemented/nailed on rubber replacement ones. A pain to have to do it myself. These boots are nice although not as well made as Aerosoles have historically been. I bought the brown and the color is what I expected. Boots are comfortable and the heel height is perfect for me. I paid around $48.00 for them on sale. I don't think they are worth the money for the original price.

Comfy and broke in quick. Another great Aerosole shoe. The leather is soft so if you cross your feet a lot you might scratch them up a bit quick.

Based on other reviews i read before buying, i didn't order boots in wide width, so they were too small. They did look well made tho and a great price, if only they fit. I run typically 9.5-10, ordered the 10.
