I replaced an aging and loud blower in my drolet 1800i, fit perfectly. I bypassed the switch and thermostat and just directly wired it up, so I just plug it in to turn it on... much better price than the manufacturers website.

    • Do not buy this blower
I ordered this blower unit in November 2022 and it was very hard to install the wiring because the instructions given were useless. Once I figured out the wiring, (which took about an hour), I plugged it in and it would not turn(I had heated the thermostat to the proper temperature). I could get it to spin a little by spinning it with my finger but the fan blade rubbed against the housing and made a tremendous noise, eventually the unit stopped working all together. I returned it to Amazon and they sent me an identical replacement. This unit ran for three months and then stopped working as well. I contacted Amazon to get the company’s customer service number and Amazon could not locate a US phone number or address, everything was in China. Thankfully, Amazon completely refunded my money and I ordered a blower from a different manufacturer. (Which was $50 cheaper Thank you Amazon! I would strongly recommend not purchasing this blower, it is defective and a poorly made, undependable product. ... show more

This blower is exactly as advertised and it works beautifully. It was shipped promptly and works perfectly. I am so glad we have it. The room is so much warmer now. The only drawback is that it has no case, but I knew that when I ordered it. We are.extremely pleased.

    • Perfect Fit
I replaced the blower motor on my Drolet 1800i wood stove insert. Very Quiet. The thermostat that it comes with doesn’t fit but overall this is a quality blower at half the price.

    • Quadrafire expedition 2
Fits the Quadrafire expedition 2 but puts out a lower CFM. Install is easy enough with supplied wiring. Won’t work with existing wiring on the quadrafire. Pretty quiet for a value replacement. The OEM motor is $370 so this is a decent option.
