The adjustment dial on the back gets the fit exactly where I want it. Love the baseball cap style. The straps, padding and everything feel pretty good. The only one complaint I have is that the chin strap pad doesn’t fit over the clip, which happens to be right under my chin so, I just can’t use the pad but it’s not even that necessary.
