The media could not be loaded. This violin has a warm, natural finish with a classic look. The clean build, fine curves, and neatly set bridge show good craftsmanship. The package came with everything you need specifically as a beginner.

Does not come out of the box ready to play. Bridge would not stay in place, tuner is too cheap to work right, bow is not curved at all, even with rosin, the bow would not make a sound on the violin strings. I immediately repacked it and placed back in the shipping box it came in and asked to return it for a full refund. In my opinion, this is more of a kid's toy and not a learners violin. Don't waste your time or money on this item.

For the price it's pretty good. The sound is decent. For an 8 yo. who will probaby drop it a few times, it's a good violin. When they get older and mature, buying the high end violins will be in the future. I'm excited to give this to my new student.

I got these because they were cheap and my kids were just starting out. The kids love them, their music teachers hate these violins. Unfortunately they don't stay in tune and they're really difficult to get into tune even. The final straw was when my youngest came home from school crying because she missed a huge chunk of her class because her teacher spent the entire time trying to get the violin in tune. Their teacher recommended that we go to a music store and rent them each a violin. We did that and I would highly recommend doing the same before buying these. These are violin shaped objects, not violins. I'm giving 3 stars though because the cases and all the accessories are really nice, and worth keeping as spares. I would buy the cases and accessories again if they were sold separately, definitely recommend those. Just not the violin itself unfortunately. In general, I hate leaving bad reviews, but my kid came home crying over the violin not working properly so I feel this review is justified.

This has been a great gift for my 8 year old. We didn’t want to spend a ton of money on the first violin, in case he lost interest. It did take some time to set everything up, I wouldn’t expect it to hold a tune perfectly but for a beginner? This is great
