Well engineered. Functional. Pleased with the results. Sturdy and substantial. Needs better installation instructions. The part about inserting the crank (rod) are simply too small, too brief, even magnified. That part needs to be expanded and sequence of work needs to be explained better. The video does not show installation. The location of the control is not interchangeable, unless you drill your own holes: the predirlled holes are on the right of the desk. Don't mind the cables, we're still setting up thr desk. But this desk is massive! My husband started working from home and needed something comparable to his office set up.     • Will I get the rest of my order?

My biggest complaint is that the product came in two different boxes and are shipped at two different rates. I contacted the seller 3 days after the delivery of box 1. They gave me tracking information for both boxes but the second box hasn’t even arrived at UPS. Amazon thinks the delivery has been completed; this is effecting my warranty and return window. I can not properly evaluate and test the desk if I am missing half of it. The frame (the only parts I have) is incredibly difficult to put together alone and I feel the instruction steps need to be reevaluated. I had to undo work that was already done because it was easier in a different order. At least one support bar should be installed before the motor and transmission bar. Unnecessary weight and stress was placed on the fragile plastic parts when legs the fell or shifted. I will update this review if I ever get the rest of the desk delivered. ... show more
