I bought the 79 by 31 inch version of this desk for around $214 after taxes, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The size is perfect. It is a big desk, but the extra space makes a huge difference. I have plenty of room for my monitors, accessories, and still space to work comfortably. I am 5 foot 10, and the height adjustment feels just right for both sitting and standing. Setup was actually pretty straightforward. I assembled it in the same room I planned to use it in, which I would recommend since it gets pretty heavy once it is fully put together. It took me about two hours from start to finish. Once it is built, moving it is no joke. I ended up basically leg pressing it into position while laying on the floor, which worked, but I would definitely recommend having a second person help instead. What surprised me the most is how sturdy it is. Even when it is fully raised, I can lean against it and it still feels solid and stable. I originally bought this thinking it would be more of a temporary budget option, but it honestly feels like something I will keep for years. It also came with a few extra features and accessories that I did not even realize were included, which was a nice bonus. One thing I did notice is the motor linkage bar that runs across the desk and connects both legs. It does not seem perfectly straight or perfectly lined up. That said, it has not caused any issues so far. I am about two weeks in, and the desk still raises and lowers smoothly without any struggle. I will keep an eye on it long term, but right now everything is working great. Overall, this desk is a massive upgrade from what I had before. For the price, it is hard to beat. This desk is very big and works great for my setup. It arrived in two boxes and everything was packaged well. Assembly was straightforward, and once put together it feels sturdy and gives plenty of space for multiple monitors and work items. I wanted a large standing desk because apparently I’m incapable of working with just a laptop and a cup of coffee like a normal person. I need my computer, papers, chargers, crafting stuff, drinks, and approximately 47 other things within arm’s reach at all times. This desk actually gives me room for all of it without feeling like I’m playing Tetris every time I need to set something down. 😂 I really like having the option to switch between sitting and standing, especially when I’ve been working for a long time and realize I’ve basically fused myself to the chair. Being able to change positions without completely stopping what I’m doing is incredibly convenient. The large work surface is definitely my favorite part. If you use multiple monitors, work from home, craft, run a small business, or simply suffer from chronic “I need to spread everything out so I can see it” syndrome, the extra room is worth it. Amazing build quality nice and wide desk perfect for someone who has a gaming setup and has along accessories and pc to put on it has strong durability now the desk with it moving up and down that’s where it’s a grey area because it works but it’s very slow just a heads up and also to be safe that the motor don’t go out to go up and down on the desk highly recommend unplugging it when you are not using it because I have heard expenses of the electric motor going out has not happened to me but thought I would say something to help others! ... show more

    • Great desk, does exactly what I wanted
This was a good purchase. I am pretty tall and it goes up high enough for me to actually stand comfortable at it at the maximum height. The motor isn't very loud when I change the height and it was easy to choose the settings for the three heights I wanted. The cat is happy too because when I'm gaming while seated at my desk, there's enough room for her to lay in my lap, and she doesn't have to nap on my keyboard. It did come in a couple different boxes, which showed up like a day apart, but the first one arrived a day earlier than expected so don't panic too much. I assembled it by myself, and wouldn't consider it difficult (though if you have trouble lifting large or heavy things you might want help). At even the lowest setting there is enough room to sit comfortably for most people (the cat doesn't fit well at that height) and my large CPU fits under it pretty easily. ... show more

Instructions were a little confusing, but we had assembled another desk a few weeks earlier, so we drew our own conclusions/directions from the first assembly .
