  • Good rack, and useful extras!
Color: Black
I was looking for a bench press rack to use with my existing bench at home. Adjustable spotter arms were high on my list, and I like being able to change their height separately from where the bar rests. The lifting straps and wrist wraps were a welcome extra. I use the straps for rows and the wraps for pressing workouts. They weren’t what sold me on the rack, but they’re things I would otherwise have bought separately. Nice to have them included with equipment I already needed. ... show more

  • Heavy steel and no wobble, hard to ask for more
This thing is heavy. Two boxes showed up and I could tell right away this wasn't thin gauge aluminum pretending to be gym equipment. It's solid steel and once assembled it feels planted on the floor. For a home rack at this price that's exactly what you want. Nobody needs their squat rack shifting around mid-set. Assembly was straightforward. Took maybe 45 minutes working alone without rushing. The width adjusts out to just over 4 feet which gives plenty of room, and the eight level spotter arms let you dial in the height for different movements. I've mostly been using it for dips and various barbell lifts and it handles both without any flex or creaking. The included lifting straps and wrist wraps are a nice bonus. They're basic but functional, the kind of thing that saves you a separate $15 purchase. The 700 pound weight capacity is more than enough for a home gym setup unless you're seriously competitive. At $110 at the time of review this is a lot of rack for the money. Commercial quality it is not, but for a garage or spare room gym it punches way above its price. I'd recommend it to anyone building out a home setup without wanting to spend $500 on a cage. ... show more

  • Solid rack
This squat rack is a beast. The 700 pound capacity gives me confidence when lifting heavy. The independent stands are easy to adjust and the spotter arms provide safety. The dip handles are a nice bonus. It fits my 7 foot bar perfectly. It feels very stable and well made. Great addition to my home gym ... show more

  • Solid Rack for a Home Gym Setup
These barbell stands have been a great addition to my home gym. Assembly was straightforward, and once everything was tightened down, they felt sturdy and stable. I like that both the height and width are adjustable, making it easy to use different barbells and exercises. The spotter arms add an extra level of confidence when lifting alone, and the dip handles are a nice bonus feature. The finish seems durable, and everything adjusts without a lot of hassle. For the price, I think this rack offers excellent value and provides a lot of flexibility for anyone building a home gym. ... show more

  • Does exactly what it says
Bought this after my gym raised their rates again. Assembly was fine — nothing complicated, took me about 45 mins. Feels heavy and well-built, not flimsy like some other racks I've seen in this price range. Width adjustment is easy and holds position without slipping. I mainly use it for squats, overhead press, and rack pulls — covers all my barbell work. Three months in, zero issues. The instructions could use better diagrams for one or two steps but nothing that slows you down much — figured it out quickly. Would buy again without hesitation. ... show more

  • Finally pulled the trigger on a home gym rack — no regrets
Was nervous buying a squat rack online but this thing is solid. Set it up in about an hour, fits my 7ft bar perfectly after adjusting the width. Did squats and overhead press the same day it arrived. The spotter arms give me enough peace of mind to push harder when I'm training alone. Dip handles are a bonus I didn't expect to use as much as I do. Only thing I'll mention is the plate storage pegs are on the shorter side — they hold enough for a session but I keep the rest of my plates on a separate rack nearby. Minor thing overall, really happy with this purchase. ... show more
