We got 45 lb set, I would say they’re excellent for beginners, and I found very comfortable to work out with them. We definitely need more weight for my Husband though. The quality of materials is good, sturdy, and the design is practical. Everything looks secure and fits well. Great for home workouts without taking much space.

This is such a great set for someone who doesn’t need super heavy weights. It arrives in a small box and you’re gonna wonder how they got it all in there. It is packed so well. It’s super easy to put together. It gives you great options for doing a barbell or a kettle bell or dumbbells. The weights have a plastic shell around them that gives them a nice soft edge and easy to clean. I love that they give you extra Colette’s to help secure the weights on and if you happen to lose one, you have some extras! It’s compact great for small spaces enough weight to be able to get a good workout for again somebody who is not a super heavy lifter. It’s the perfect amount of weight to use for older people or people who are beginners at lifting weights.
