I don’t use these to workout. The material is mostly cotton which would make you sweat without drying you fast and they could be see through. But I love them For casual outfits. They look super good on and I love that they’re long! I’m 5’8 and they still have room for taller girls.

These fit well according to size, they're cute, I love the way the material feels – somewhere between soft cotton and the plasticky nylon feel of too many workout leggings these days. Their only flaw is they have no pockets. I am used to every run/workout pants/shorts I wear having a side pocket for my phone. These have none. I wish they'd update them! Wow! For the first time ever a clothing item ordered online fits! 99% of the time I order a clothing item online for me it's either too small, too big, too tight, too baggy etc. So I took a gamble with ordering these leggings for my 11 year old daughter. She is 5' and 70 lbs. I ordered the extra small womans and they fit her like they were made for her. I was pretty excited & so was she. And I can't say that often. The other day (off of Amazon) I ordered an XS girls cut Deadmau5 t shirt for my other daughter who is 9. The thing shows up, the tag says XS but the shirt looks like a mens hockey jersey. WAY TOO big. There's no way the shirt is an actual "XS". My GF fit into the Deadmau5 shirt and she has a 44DDD chest if that tells you anything. I always size up in leggings/tights, I recommend if you like a softer look, which to me is a more expensive look. Waistband is comfortable, inseam is perfect for longer legs.
