This is written from my perspective as someone who is coming to these from a pair of Ultraboost 20 NASA's. This review will really only benefit people who have worn or tried earlier versions. Pros: • Much better fitment around the ankle • Much more supportive mid cage. • Build quality is overall much higher • Made using strictly ocean plastic • Very sturdy, minimal ankle roll when twisting. • Lots of arch support, may be too much for some. Cons: • Shoe sole is MUCH thicker and harder so it dampens a lot less than the 20's. • Sole provides almost a 1-2 inch lift from the ground, definitely not low profile. • Less interesting color ways and overall a less appealing design IMO from the 20's • Shoe itself just feels "Harder" in ALL aspects. • Definitely needs a break in period. • Still suffers from classic Adidas sizing, PLEASE order at LEAST .5 size up from your current. I went up a whole size and it's still somewhat close. Overall, I really enjoy these shoes are in some ways I can see improvement but in others I still prefer the 20's. I've only owned them for a few days and these are just my immediate reactions but I will update after a few months of constant wear! Hope this helps someone making their boost transition.

OMG, where do I even start, I was having just an alright day, watching my football team almost lose to a public school, and then BAM. Doorbell rings and these puppies are right in front of my wipe your paws doormat. From the the moment I slipped these foot cushions from god on, and my day went from a C+ to an A+ I can bounce around the house listening to house music extremely comfortably AND when my dog pees on the tile, I don’t even slip and fall in it like I did in Nikes. I would recommend 10/10 if you want to feel like your in uggs WHILE have the agility of a flat coated retriever on nicely planted grass.

I love these shoes! It’s very cushioned throughout the shoe, particularly the heel and midsole. I found them true to size, perhaps just a tad narrow due to the “sock like” uppers. I was able to fit my orthotics in without feeling a squeeze on my foot. The energy return is also quite good. The maximum cushioning is not for everyone. The heel is quite pronounced and may turn some off. This probably isn’t the right shoe for exceedingly wide feet. Lastly, it is a bit on the heavy side.

I typically use Asics Kayanos which are great some years and not-so-great other years, but thought I'd give Adidas Extraboost 22 a try while on sale at 50% off. I like these for switching off with my Asics. I really like these Adidas for shorter in mid-distance runs up to 8 miles +/- but think I prefer the Asics Kayanos for longer runs.

I have run in Asics for years and even have run in Skechers' best, but this pair of Adidas is my best running shoes ever! Very comfortable and supportive while extremely light. You will enjoy walking and running in this pair of sneakers.

These shoes feel comfortable. They do have thin insoles, which means the comfort comes mostly from the sole, which has a lot of cushion. I have only walked in them, no running so I can't comment on that stability. But for walking these are good.
