I used these on the bottom of my shoe.I cut them in small squares and when I go out stepping.I use it so that I can spin and glide on the floor. This works very well and is great for the intended purpose. Shoes with a plastic bottom normally sticks to wood.This gives you a smooth transition with each step. I use this on the bottom of ceramic vases to keep them from scratching or leaving marks; I put it on the bottom of my stainless steel compost bucket so it won't scratch my kitchen countertop; I put it on the outside of the handles of a hall closet so that when they open they won't leave marks on the walls; I put it on the bottom of anything that may scratch or leave marks on walls, counters or display cases. I bought these to line the inside of my coffee table drawers, and side tables, had to cut to the size i needed and they stuck perfect to the wood. I even messed up(user error) and was able to pull it up and reposition easily . Love and would definitely recommend
