  • Missing parts
One of the metal pieces did not come with the kit as well some hardware! We are stuck with our project with no recourse.

  • Great Quality Kit, Detailed Instructions!
I'm very impressed with servos included, with all metal gears and good sealing, they'll be a welcome addition to my projects. The tutorial covers assembly and programing the arm. I hope to buy a second in the future to make mirrored one for a pair of arms.

  • Decent robot arm kit
I had the chance to try out this kit. It comes with everything you need except for the 18650 batteries and the board. I luckily have a few other robots so I have a few 18650s sitting around most of the time. The instructions were easy enough to follow and I got things working pretty well with their provided code. The only downside of the build is just it feels like a waste to keep my raspberry pi in the arm all the time as I don't have enough of those to really dedicate it for any given robot. I wish there was an easier mechanism for detaching the pi without having to remove multiple layers of standoffs to get it. Not really something wrong with the kit though just something I ran into. I would recommend it for experimentation. I'm hoping to build my own control library to really dig into how it all functions but from a tutorial driven and code provided point of view it works and it does a good job getting you up and running without much effort. ... show more
