The box is smooth and very stylish. I have a 2 drawer Mefier box. These boxes are a huge difference for sure. Opening the drawer is light and smooth. Even lifting the handle and leg. I am a dancer and I usually carry a small luggage for my outfits, shoes, and hair supplies but I wanted a cuter box where I can organize and have easy access to my things. I was able to fit everything I need in this box and I love it. I tried it out and it’s sturdy but I’m still careful with it because I do not want ti damage it. It has breaks so I’m able to place it where I like without it moving around. For those asking the top drawer is 3.3 inches deep and the two bottom drawers are 5 inches.

Drawers get stuck, the handles are very loose and coming off and I haven’t really used it but 2 times & gentle!!

It’s ok but NOT for the price. The drawers are NOT flush when you lock them. It will do for what I need it for. I have ALOT of makeup and ALL my makeup is in my daughters room in my vanity and I can’t sit at my vanity since she has her tv on it. So I was putting some of my makeup in a duffel bag and using it so I could put my makeup on in the living room but I was having to dig through the duffel bag to get what I needed and my 13 month old would fight me from keeping him from getting my brushes or my makeup. So this will keep him out of my makeup and brushes.
