I like the weight of the polisher and how it feels in my hands. It's a tool that is really well balanced and the built quality is amazing. The only issue with mine, is the speed dial does not change after speed number two. If the speed dial would work like it's supposed, I would definitely give this micro polisher a five star out of five. At this point, I am waiting on Adam's to find out if they will replace my polisher. I will update this review if anything changes. I just received my replacement polisher today and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The polisher has plenty of power for a micro polisher and it will fit in any tight areas that you may need to polish. When it comes to Adams Polish customer service, they have an amazing customer service. I contacted Adam's Polish through amazon letting them know about my situations and they immediately responded with instructions on how to ship back the original polisher and the process I needed to go through to get a replacement. The process is quick and painless and it took about a week to get my replacement, but it was worth the wait. Now that I have received my replacement polisher, I have to say that they do have an amazing product and they do stand behind it. Which is the reason, why I changed my star rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. I would give them mores stars if I could.

Bet your ass they will sell the polisher but good luck getting the actual pads to polish. Save some sanity and skip this product.

It’s a nice kit and great tool. Used it for small tasks 10-15 min here and there. I went to use it the other day and the speed dial quit working. Runs wide open, It’s still usable but wish I could control the speed.

I’m comparing this to a similar buffer the spta. The adams seems to have more power. I don’t know if it’s power or may be the gearing, but it does not stall is easy.. And the batteries in the Adams are 2300ah not 2000ah . I am getting crazy amount of work time from the Adams batteries. The first time I used it for 30-40 minutes and the battery still had a 66% charge left didn’t even have to go to the second battery. I really can’t find anything wrong with this little dual action buffer it’s fantastic . Very comfortable in your hand. Easy to work with and maneuver. Just buy it if you’re thinking about it highly recommended..
