I tried to return it and it tells me to talk to the seller and I was directed to the seller's website and it's from a site called evolvednovelties NOT Adam & Eve. Tried to return, but of course, this item is non-returnable. Well, it also is non-working! I tried it twice with ZERO effect. not even a cooling or warming effect from the supposed menthol. Wow. I had tried this a few times without my partner and kinda felt it but it was a little underwhelming. Then I tried it with my partner, and it felt really good and worked really well. Packaging made me a little skeptical but it really made me sensitive and I climaxed very very fast. Honestly, I never, ever write reviews. I told myself I needed to let other women know to be leary of this. It's not dangerous or anything, it just doesn't work at all, at least not for me... As far as a lubricant, it's great, definitely not for the price though... Hope this helps.
