it's hard for me to use it cause it tastes so bad it makes me make a face. however it does help numb your throat, but not for the reason marketed. it's more for sore throats, and not a gag reflex.

So the product should have been like really obvious to use right spray your mouth and go to town right? Wrong I was special enough to swish it because it tasted bad and I just couldn’t swallow it and had to spit it out because it instantly numbed my mouth in the weirdest way. I felt like I was at the dentists and I didn’t expect it to work that fast so I panicked I had to wait for that to go away to try it again. Kinda stupid to wish for instructions on something so painfully obvious. This time trying to pass my mouth and spray it directly on the back of my throat to ignore the flavor and the tongue numbing with it made a whole lot better. It did work for a good 5 minutes it’s great to practice stretching your throat so it’s easier to practice having something back there and breathing but if you want to continue for long periods of time you have to reapply it and with what I’ve experienced I don’t really recommend that because it makes me nauseous after a while just the flavor and the instant numbing just feels wrong to me in an unexplainable way. Aside from that I just wish in my opinion they would do sort of sour flavors or just straighten the flavors they have to really hide how gross it really tastes like I expected the blue raspberry to have a kick. But all I got was what tasted like someone had a jolly rancher in their mouth and they didn’t like it so decided to take it out then spit in a cup the remaining spit they had in their mouth and water that down just to put a drop in the bottle with the other ingredients and call it a flavor. On the plus side doesn’t matter what your partner eats because anything that comes out of them tastes better in comparison to the spray.

it tastes nothing like the flavor it’s supposed to, it tastes like straight up mouthwash. didn’t do much in terms of numbing. the back of my throat tingled a little bit for a few minutes but it made me want to vomit at the taste of my own saliva. do not recommend. it didn’t last long nor was it effective.

She said it works well but wears off kinda quick. Main thing she hated was the blue raspberry taste. Ironically, it made her gag. We ordered the strawberry and will update later.

Gosh I was so excited about this because the reviews seemed great! But to be completely honest the flavor was absolutely horrible it tasted like mouthwash and cough syrup mixed. And it didn’t numb for more than 2 seconds. Definitely not worth the money do not buy!
