I can’t believe some people say this isn’t sharp? Anymore sharp it would literally make you bleed lol. Perhaps those who say it’s not sharp are heavier and thicker skin? Either way, anyone who lays on this mat long enough will reap the benefits. I attached a photo of my back to show how red it got. (Allowing blood to flow) I am stiff in the mornings and this mat seems to have improved my circulation and made me less stiff. It’s apart of my morning/ evening routine now. I have bad upper/lower back pain. 1st time I tried using with a shirt on and barely felt the spikes. Next day used without shirt, bare skin back, and spikes helped decrease pain. It's like it's releasing endorphins and overall just makes me feel better . I usually lay on my back flat on ground, and sometimes put my feet flat on ground with knees up. But if I haven't used for a while, I remember that I have it, and then my back pain will be decreased and I'll feel better the next day. Comes in a big nylon bag with drawstring. Size is from neck to lower hips. Comes with a neck pillow too, barely use it because it's rather large. Someone told me they cut theirs in half to use so it's more flat. I use it for about 20 minutes. Spikes do hurt to touch, so dont leave out, or lying around, especially if you have little kids. I've used the pillow for bottoms of feet. Felt weird but does release tension.

Although this was not very comfortable, it wasn't supposed to be! It hurt but in a good way. It did temporarily take away my back discomfort as it advertised. I would purchase again and I would recommend to anyone with back pain. You just need to be consistent

This is a average mat. The prosource mat from Amazon is much better and has sharper spikes. The spikes on this one are dull.

I'm 85 years old, still get around OK and live on my own. I have for some years experinced lower back soreness upon occasion and neuropathic symptoms in my feet and legs. On a whim I bought this pad/pillow set to try out, and after using only twice I have experienced much better back flexability and a huge reduction in my neuropathic symptoms. Ireceived it yesterday, used twice - once lying on the floor with a T-shirt and once sitting in my recliner with no shirt. Upoon going to bed I thought I would try it there and laid on it naked and used the pillow under my feet after bending my legs at the knees. I was reading like this and after half an hour I got up to get a drink and was utterly amazed - no twinges in my back and my neropathic symptoms were scaled back to almost nothing. I slept well, got up for an early breakfast and used it again, and am moving around like I did 20 years ago - or better. This is not BS - I don't sell these things, maybe it will stop working, can't tell, but I will use it for another session and keep doing so to see if it is the answer. I have no idea if others have this result but for me it is simply fantastic. Easey peasey - lie down, cure my ills while I read, and hit the bricks. If you have a condition like mine I would say to try it.

I saw ads for the Shakti mat, but was shocked at how much they were charging. This looked identical online, and was a fraction of the price. I have used it a handful of times, and it's really relaxing. The spikes are sharp, and I love that it comes with a neck pillow & bag.

Convenient! I will take this everywhere from now on. This is light weight and comes with a carry bag that is actually possible to easily get it back inside. I will say, this probably isn’t for everyone. My skin takes to it fine, but if your pain tolerance is low and/or your skin is very sensitive, this may be uncomfortable. To me, it’s worth it. My body has stored trauma for several years and regularly goes into muscle spasms that are intensely painful-this is a non invasive easy way to bring relief.
