These are a Godsend! I'm a massage therapist who utilizes acupressure to relieve my clients' chronic/acute pain. I also use them on myself and my husband when aches and pains arise. The adhesive on the magnets works wonderfully and they stay adhered for days, even with bathing. Although it's helpful to have a rudimentary understanding of acupressure (I recommend the book Acupressure's Potent Points, by Michael Reed Gach) it's not necessary in order to bennefit from the magnets. They can also be applied very effectively to trigger points. Simply palpate the affected areas for the most sensitive points and apply the magnets to them. They can also be saved and reapplied with water proof first aid tape or duct tape.

I have had chronic knee pain due to arthritis for several years now. I have tried every kind of topical and liquid CBD cream and oil and none of it works For very long. Painkillers work but then I have to take them all day long and that’s not good for my body. I tried these basically because they got good reviews and they were cheap. And I am telling you that I have had zero pain since I have a plied them. I put three on each knee in a triangle pattern where the pain is and I can sleep I can walk I can stand I can do everything without pain. I highly recommend this product

This is my second order, the first box I could peel them off without a trouble. But my second order seems to be old. It is difficult to peel them off of the sheet they are attached to. They are stuck to the paper. I’ve had to throw several in the trash. At this price I’m disappointed! I understand the temperature get pretty hot in the warehouse & in the delivery vans so use caution when ordering this product. Thank You! I found the skin needs to be clean (oil-Free) So they will stick to the skin. Also I found that it isn’t a good idea to leave them on for days at a time because Bacteria will begin to grow. This caused my skin to break out in a rash just under the bandaid. It helps to have clean dry hands when applying them. I need to find the exact spot that has the most pain before I apply the magnet to get that instant relief. A few times I used medical tape over the magnet its self after I had to remove it a few times. If you want to reuse the patch use it immediately while the patch is still warm so it Will Stick Again.
