I suffer from HS, unfortunately under my arm pits. This is literally the ONLY product that has effectively closed and healed my open wounds. I go to a dermatologist and not even those prescribed meds do what this product does. It is very sticky, so definitely recommend covering as soon as you apply to the area. This is the best bang for your buck. I won’t post pictures to save the goriness of it all, but I hope you as a reader decide to take the plunge with this product. After a fall, I had an open wound on my knee for a month and nothing helped. I remembered that my dad had an open wound on his toe for over a year and the wound care specialists were not helping. Someone finally suggested medicinal honey. Within a week the wound that had been open for a year began healing. It was miraculous. So I tried this honey. It was the right stuff, Manuka medicinal honey, and this brand was reasonably priced. Within 24 hours the edges of the wound started healing, and within 2 days the entire wound was starting to heal. After a month with no progress no matter what I tried, this result indeed felt miraculous.

This is great for open wounds because it doesn't let bacteria grow so put it on with a qtip and cover with gause and change daily, since February until June I had a large hole in my stomach that I had a wound vac on when the hole got smaller they had me use Manuka honey in the wound covered with gause and cloth tape to allow breathing to the wound and no bacteria was found. Of course I cleaned the wound daily and was on antibiotics but I do recommend this brand of Manuka honey it really works.

My first time buying Manuka honey... I purchased this one bcuz I didn't wanna pay a lot if it didn't work for me. I used it & it works great for me. I thought tube was filled but they do short the tube a lil & the cap goes on a little wonky but it still goes on & closes fine on mine.

Wonderful healing ointment. I cut through my finger and broke the bone with a hedge trimmer. I apply this twice a day and it is really helping with my skin growing back, and it is an antibiotic.
