We took two of these mattresses camping. Unfortunately I assumed I could plug in the blower or use batteries. Nope. You have to pre-charge the blower before use. Not ideal if you need it unexpectedly. But if you can plan ahead, just know...you need to precharge the blower motor!!

If you’re looking for a blow up bed with excellent comfort this one is for you! You must charge the inflator because when I first tried to use it by itself and there was no charge so keep that in mind (I don’t mind it since I can just charge it without a problem but if you’re looking for one that’s already charged then you need to have patience with you). There is a bag that goes along with it for traveling so that’s a plus for me as well as a negative. I don’t need to get a replacement just yet but will update this if so to have a review on customer service. But overall, I love this bed and if you like luxury-like comfort blow up beds for camping this one is for you Pros: ⚫️ This is a low bed if you’re considering using this as a bed for your tent but be sure if it can fit in yours (I have a 6 person tent to fit in mine so be sure you have plenty of room) ⚫️Blowing up bed is not a problem ⚫️Comfortable and able to sleep soundly ⚫️Can fit a person who is 6’2 and below! Two person good for couples Cons: ⚫️Need to charge the inflator machine first before use ⚫️Takes time to inflate so patience is key ⚫️Deflates little by little after 4 uses so you need to keep inflator with you when camping or doing any kind of outdoor activities (but again not a problem for me since I have a power-bank to use for charge I recommend one if you’re going to stay out outdoors for more than 2-3 days) ⚫️Bed is hard to pack inside bag that comes in package so be sure to fold it correctly this is time consuming ... show more

The reachable air pump was almost worth the whole purchase. I used this air mattress for camping. It was very comfortable and inflated quick using the built in foot pump and the rechargeable air pump. No complaints at all.     • This one lasted 9 months in constant use, that on a scale of all air mattresses, is darn good!

I thought about putting this review in the 1 star category because that's the one most everyone, including me, looks at but what the heck, it lasted 9 months. Over the years I've been through 3 or 4 different brands and none of them lasted the warranty period when in constant use, even if it's not inflated and deflated constantly. That's the key. Use it once in a while and it will probably last unless you got a lemon. Use it every night and eventually the internal pockets will collapse and it will end up with a bulge in one or more places. This actually was one of the better ones ... it lasted 9 months before the center bulged up. Some of the cheaper ones only lasted a couple months. None leaked ... they all fail internally. I guess I'm looking for the holy grail of inflatable mattresses that doesn't exist. ... show more

Comes in a handy tote bag. You're supposed to set it up the first time two hours prior to use. What we missed was the USB charger for the electric pump inflator can take up to 4 hours to charge. It took much less but by then we'd fully filled it via the built-in foot pump. There's a clear top side (the "flocked" dark top) and a very plastic-y bottom. Once inflated, it worked just fine - exactly what we needed for the child staying with us - and fit easily into our guest bedroom next to "the big bed." ... show more

With the included pump it did take way longer than 60-90 seconds to inflate, but that would be my only gripe. Very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. I did as others suggested, set it up at home and let it air out (as it does have an "odor") and also added air every day for 2-3 days. I have had other twin air mattresses before, and really like this one especially. Nice & easy to use double valve and air pump. Not sure how the built-in pump works. Mattress holds the air very well over a few days....only needed to top off once daily...and very easy to do so. Very firm and I purchased a twin size memory foam 1 1/2 in topping and it is really comfortable !!!! One minor complaint: no repair patches were enclosed. The square yellow instruction cards (3) were there but no patches. Overall, the most comfortable air mattress I have ever owned. (read directions before inflating and charging pump) ... show more
