It is sufficient as a starter kit. There are no design polish and no stones. All glitter. It’s food for the price. I keep the items in the box. It does not have a little kit or bag to store it.

When I was growing up, before Amazon and YouTube, a home-manicure arsenal usually included a hand file, maybe some scissors, acetone remover, and traditional air-drying nail polish from the drugstore. There was almost no overlap between diy products and the stuff you'd find in a salon (acrylics, drills, gels, gel polishes, uv/led lamps, etc.) As of 2025 the marketplace is completely different. Professional materials are widely available to non-pro consumers, and there are hundreds of free online tutorials showing how to use them. The Deciniee starter pack that I'm reviewing today is geared toward home users, hobbyists and enthusiasts who want to practice doing acrylic nail extensions on themselves, or on family and friends. The included products and tools in this large collection are mainly generic and definitely not salon-quality, but they will suffice for budget-conscious amateurs who are in the beginner or advanced-beginner stage of learning. The set contains three acrylic powder pots (1/2 oz each) a tiny, leaky bottle of monomer, some synthetic brushes, nail forms, tips, primer, multiple colorful glitters, and various other low-cost filler items, along with a few more valuable and desirable components, such as a practice hand, an 80w lamp, and an entry-level electric nail file with some basic drill bits. I already owned most of this stuff, but didn't have a practice hand, and was in the market for a new uv/led lamp and dappen container, so when I saw this bundle come up on Vine, I decided to give it a try. In real life, the hand is rather small, almost child-sized, but I like the fact that it has articulating finger joints, which allow you to apply product with the nail pointing downward. The lamp is also of decent quality. The efile isn't great, but I own several other, so no big deal there. Overall, I think this is a good starter pack for a cost-conscious home user, but buyers should plan to add at least one decent natural brush, some acetone, some alcohol, some lint-free wipes, and a larger, better-quality bottle of monomer. For this last product, one of the new slow-cure, low-odor formulas may be easier for beginners to work with.
