So I bought this in October fo a Christmas gift. My daughter only opened it this memorial weekend. Get to the lake. No pump. Luckily we were able to borrow one from someone at the lake.

Mine didn't have the pump and of course I didn't realize this until I was in the Keys and ready to go out on the board. I managed to get it 90% inflated but it needs more pressure because it collapsed in the center as soon as I stood up on it.

An amazing board. So sturdy and perfect for beginners. I’ve used it on sea and rivers and works well on both. I’ve had it pumped to full psi and had a Range Rover drive over it and it didn’t pop so it’s definitely well made. Would 100% recommend this board, it made me fall in love with paddleboarding! PROS - Paddles really well and has a great feel on the water. A great all-around SUP; - Impressive 330 lbs weight capacity. Durable construction with extra layer reinforcement on the deck and sides (carbon fiber rails); - Fantastic looking design and color options; - Comfortable, long, and wide deck pad. Great for stretching and yoga; - Plenty of D-rings + an action mount. Compatible with a variety of SUP accessories; - High-quality paddle rope, can tie the paddle, making it easy to store the paddle when needed (sitting on the board, doing yoga, etc.) Nice, solid paddle included in the kit; - I’d like to see the action mount moved just a little bit more towards the deck pad to make it easier to reach while paddling (but still easy keep it off the deck pad)

Delivered on time , we’ll packaged . Everything pumped up fine with pump provided yet gauge doesn’t work. This isn’t a deal breaker i just ordered a separate one from amazon for a few bucks. Tried standing on it in my pool but couldn’t get a good center of balance.We are trying it in the Indian River this weekend, will update review at that time update: tried in the river , my wife did ok , got up , paddled around a bit. I got up several times on mine but felt like it was too unstable and low in the water. They are supposedly rated for # 330 lbs , i am 6’4” and 270 lbs, 60 lbs under the maximum weight. It felt incredibly unstable and i feel i have great balance as a surfer. Returning this isup and purchased the Tower8”XElite, it is rated for 440 lbs,although it is not in the price range of this entry level isup. In summary, if you are between 100 to 200 lbs this board should be great for you.It is well built for an entry level board and should provide lots of good adventures

My wife and I are newbies at paddle boarding. We had a minor problem with one of the back packs, we contacted the seller and it was replaced immediately. That’s the kind of customer service I expect and appreciate. We took our boards out the first time yesterday and had a wonderful time. We spent a few extra bucks on a electric SUP inflater to save our backs, so I have no opinion on the pump they provided. The SUP itself handled beautifully, at 12 lbs of pressure it felt like a solid board and held that pressure for the two hours we were out there on the lake. At this point its a five star product and experience. Between my wife, myself, and another couple we have purchased 4 of these. They all withstood two hours of us thrashing about and enjoying the lake. I would definitely recommend.

Love the look of this board and it rides well when fully inflated. The bag is cheap! The zipper pulled apart on the first time I tried to close it. The hand pump is slowwwww. If you have a choice go with the double-action pump.

I’ve had this for a couple months now and am very happy with it. I picked it specifically because it had D rings so I’ve added a quality seat since I’m still working on getting balance right to stand so for now I use it as a kayak essentially. It’s incredibly stable since it’s so big which is what I want. Inflates easily with an electric pump but takes a lot of effort with the manual one it comes with. For the price it’s a solid choice for someone starting out and not wanting to make a huge investment.
