Works perfectly for utilizing Amazon work spaces, 2 monitors connected to it as well. Doesn't seem to slow down when opening video files, haven't noticed it running hot since it had the major software upgrades shortly after setting it up for the first time

I only got this laptop because I wanted the pen that came with it. Im an artist, thats important to me. DONT SAY YOU HAVE SOMETHING WITH THE COMPUTER WHEN YOU DONT. In both the item description AND on the laptop, it says it comes with a pen. IT DOESNT.
