Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good product for the price. Good sound and easy to assemble and play. But I do believe this is more of a “JR” set than adult. Just keep in mind when you buy … I am 6ft tall and can’t quite get the set high enough to really play comfortably but still highly recommend especially if your just starting out or even want something easy to move and play for a small gig on the fly.

I bought this electronic drum set for my boyfriend's birthday last week along with a drum throne and he absolutely loves it. It was delivered in perfect condition and was very well packaged. The included instructions made it fairly easy to set up. My boyfriend is left handed and just followed the instructions, setting it up opposite as instructed. Although it is fairly large, it is somewhat easy to fold it up and store it away. I assumed that there would be headphones included in the set but unfortunately they were not so I ordered him a pair separately. He has only used the drum set a handful of times but has really enjoyed using it so far. Overall, it is a quality drum set and functions as it should. I will update this review in a couple months after he has had a chance to really use it.

I don't know much about drums, but I chose this electronic drum kit because it had good reviews and was within my budget. I wanted to replace my son's acoustic drum set that used to shake the entire house when he practiced. The setup for this electronic drum kit was incredibly simple, with all cables clearly labeled. Even though I'd never assembled an electronic drum set before, the whole process - from unboxing to setup to cleanup - took only about 40 minutes. It was quick and convenient. The best part - the sound quality is amazing! We were used to the ear-splitting noise of acoustic drums at home, so this change is truly delightful. You can change the drum sounds with different preset variations. It was well worth it!

Great product but has a few issues. Clumsy foot pedal doesn't stay fixed. High hat sounds fake no matter how you hit it. Open and close of hi hat is off time. I like the the tones. Good enough for recording but have to see. I was able to make a USER Drumset and Save it on a USER channel. It is dead quiet while playing on the Mesh head Pads. Won't upset the neighbors. All in all, a Good Bang for the Buck.

HAMPBACK seems to be a new brand, and since this drum set is not expensive, I decided to buy it to give it a try. Now I find that my choice was very correct. I really like their sound; I can try different styles like POP, Rock, Fusion, Jazz, etc., and the electronic sounds included are also very interesting. One more thing is that the feel of the cymbals is really great. If you also want to buy an electronic drum set for under 400 dollars, I recommend this set.

This electronic drum set is awesome! It's easy to assemble and you can use it by plugging in headphones or a sound system. The sound quality is just as good as the sound of real drums, and there are different tones to use, which makes it more playable than real drums.
