It is a factory new alt/gen! It slipped right in and bolts (3) lined up perfectly. Mine was a '95 GMC G2500 van. One hint for tight quarter vans: Try to get the single voltage sensor wire put on before setting bolts. Battery heavy wire was easier and can wait until all snugged up. Match this 105 amp with a 105 battery and you're now 'sailing'. I was happy to pick this up at A.W.D as a 'used, like new' for a 'song'. No worries from me. Check your belt and replace NOW if required. ... show more
