These are very high quality and easy to install. It's easier to install the bulbs before bolting the housing into the vehicle. The plastic seemed to be more flexible than the stock housings, so they should last a very long time.

    • The Night Gets Dark, But the Pilot Sees All
The night gets dark. Like, really dark. Nobody tells you that when you’re a kid — you just assume the world politely fades to gray like a Disney movie. But no. One day you’re driving a 2011 Honda Pilot down a country road and suddenly the blackness swallows everything except the faint glow of your dashboard that looks like it’s powered by three AAA batteries and prayer. So my Pilot went blind. Cataracts. The old headlights had the sad, foggy look of a Labrador that’s been through some things. Every time I turned them on, the light trickled out like a ghost with stage fright. I half expected them to start whimpering. Then I got these new headlights. Put ‘em in, and BAM. The Pilot rolled out of the garage like it just left a day spa. New eyes. Fresh retinas. I swear the car blinked at me. A whole facelift, courtesy of the car salon, complete with that smug “look at me now” energy. Driving at night now feels like I’ve strapped two miniature suns to the front bumper. The road doesn’t just appear — it confesses itself to me. Deer see me coming from three zip codes away and start filling out relocation forms. Airplanes flash their lights back like “hey buddy, keep it down, we’re up here.” And yeah, maybe I got a little dramatic. Pulled into the driveway, cut the engine, just sat there bathing in the glow, neighbors thinking I’d lost my mind. But when you’ve been stumbling around with glorified night-lights for years, real headlights feel like divine intervention. Five stars. Because the night still gets dark… but now my Pilot sees everything. ... show more

    • Attractive lenses and a modern updgrade
Many aftermarket light assemblies tend to look cheap or unreasonably flashy but these are attractive and look far more expensive than the actual cost. The fit is perfect and it is a relief that this modern version does not require the use of the factory bulb grommets.
