  • Phenomenal upgrade... but need some extra work to perfect it
Color: Black
Well... the product is is indeed Plug n Play like the other reviews mentioned, but needs some extra work to get it perfectly fitted so I shall discuss some points in detail (hopefully this would answer these ongoing questions): 1. It would be great to upgrade to LED right of the bat, the factory halogen looks cheesy with the white DRLs, the high beam should fit a product like HIKARI LED (or about that size) but the issue the outer low beam which needs a bulb-size LED or really bright H9 Halogen so good luck with that. 2. If you decide to go with full LEDs just be ready to use a decoder to solve the flickers that happen when using turn signals, etc. It might depend on the LEDs used but I would keep them close in case needed. This a Ford computer issue... apparently it doesn’t love LEDs or something? 3. This issue is variable but you get the product with flipped high and low beams, it can easily be solved by flipping/exchanging the wires to the bulbs (low beam wire to high beam and vice versa). This is (as mentioned before) a quality control issue and solved with that. 4. The white LED stripe acts as parking light, since 2013-16 American fusion apparently work differently (I guess) so cutting the brown wire (on Pin 4) and tapping it to fuse with a 12V ACC/RUN should do the job, though I haven’t tested how it fares with fusions that have pre-configured DRLs. I will update when I have details And lastly don’t forget to adjust your lights, trust me they come misaligned and won’t see much and blind other drivers if keep it as is. I am still working on the lights so the review will be updated overtime but this is what I’ve found so far with this product, other than what’s mentioned above the LED turn signal look and DRLs look aggressive, bright and cool! It is indeed worth its price! ... show more

  • Sick!
Color: Black
This company is incredible. I did a retrofit on these and when I messed up a piece and asked if they had a replacement they offered to send a whole new headlight. Thanks guys! I saw comments about making them true DRLs, and I ended up cutting the brown wire and soldered in a wire to run to my fuse so that it's run/start. I ran the demon eyes on that brown wire that connects to the headlight wiring harness. The halos, I also ran to the fuse as well. I was also able to replace the halogens with LEDs in the highbeams. And I replaced the lowbeams with honeycomb projectors. The pictures can't do it justice, but I loved the way they turned out, they look sick! ... show more

  • If you buy these headlights you WILL have to cut wires and solder them.
Color: Black
Update: Since nobody explains how to actually fix the issue with the high and low beam wires being swapped I will explain. On the headlight housing there will be a wire connector harness. To fix the issue you will have to cut both the red and blue wires, and swap them on each headlight. The blue wire is your low beam and the red wire is your high beam. These lights are still shipped with the low and high beam wires being swapped. After all the complaints, they never have fixed it. They even acknowledged it when I messaged them, and will continue to do nothing about it. If you want something that is actually plug and play do not buy these. ... show more

  • DONT HESITATE ! AMAZING upgrade for my 15 fusion! ADDED LEDs that fit! Much brighter than stock!
Color: Black
MUST BUY!!! THE CAR LOOKS AMAZING AND I can see 1000X better! I Installed these on my 15 fusion SE. The connector's where mixed but it was an easy fix. Just pull the connector to the correct location. Low beam is supposed to go on the outside. Took me 2 minutes. I also found a LED that fits perfectly with no issues. I was able to close the dust cap as well. It was the AutoOne H11 LED with the arrows. It's on Amazon. Much sleeker cleaner look on the car. Headlights are amazing !! I see so much better and it makes my fusion look much more modern! Seller was also amazing! Needed a part and he sent me the part very fast! Amazing customer service !!!! ... show more

  • Great product with shortcomings
Color: Black
These headlights are great, but I had a few issues with them. Not much more can I say that hasn’t already been said to death in these comments, but I might as well for confirmation in numbers. It seems that even though these light have been out for quite some time, and that this company was already aware that there was a quality control issue with the high and low beam being swapped, they have made no attempts to fix this as mine were swapped. And for clarification in case anyone buys these after me and is trying to see if their lights are swapped, the Low beam is the outermost light, and the high beam is the innermost. Don’t go based of brightness, as I noticed the low beam was essentially the high beam pattern at the low beam brightness/intensity, and vice versa for high beam (this is if you swap in LEDs, since they contain both the low and high beam and it swaps brightness based on power delivery). You will need to cut the red and blue wire going to the harness and swap them; I attempted to simply swap the connectors, but the manufacturer looped the wire around the pieces of the assembly so they won’t stray too far from their intended location. For LEDs, the Autoone units that are mentioned elsewhere (shaped like an L, has the arrows) fit perfectly fine, although I had to force it into the bulb socket (not too rough but enough to make me nervous). They fit very well with the car, but I needed to take some clips form the originally assembly to get some screws to work. This was my first aftermarket kit, and I think these look and feel premium, especially considering the price versus a standard aftermarket assembly. I do not like how recessed the adjusters are, but I think that is more a fault in the cars design than the light assembly. Of course, like many others have said , the DRLs are not actually DRLs, but parking lights. To get them as actual DRLs, you either have to turn your switch to the parking light option during the daytime, or rewire it to your fuse box (which after installing a DRL kit for my fog light assembly, it’s not really worth it). There is a big block that is attached that I assume is a giant resistor to reduce flicker in the parking light, you will have to find a place to stick that somewhere on your car; I can’t quite remember where I put mine (other than under it), but it is something to be aware of. My only other concern is in the assembly itself, with the waterproofing caps that go over the lights. I am unsure how good of an idea it is to seal them up as tightly as they are, especially with hot LEDs trying to suck air through fans, but after a week of driving I haven’t noticed any issues. All in all, I think this is a great kit if you already need to replace your assemblies, but otherwise you don’t get a lot out of this other than the DRL and better looking assemblies. ... show more
