One of the housings had a loose lense. The tabs didn't get put in all the way when made. There is no way I could see to take it apart to repair since there is caulking all around the seam. I emailed with pics. They sent a replacement out within a few days. That's customer service! To me it isn't the fact that something that is mass produced had a glitch. It happens. It's how they handle it. I give these folks an A+. Not to mention that the housing looks awesome with the black background on my 11 Denali. ... show more

I bought these and decided to buy LED bulbs and due to another issue a bulb dropped in. I fished it out but the reflector popped off and dropped in and is sitting there. It looks like it will break if I try to open it. I would say that I barely touched it as I fished out the old bulb with masking tape. I like the look. Super tough and tight fit. Didn't even get to install them, the bulb lense for the parking light was already loose rattling around inside the housing , scratched the lense on the inside

The lights look good but I was a little disappointed in the details like the edges were razor sharp and the fit was off in spots. But overall I kept them and they seem ok.
