I definitely recommend these headlights to anyone! They bring a pop out for the chrome and paired with a led for your headlights there even better at night or if you have your windshield tinted (like I do) it makes it easier to see! I also bought myself a pair a friend of mine and my dad a pair! Good headlights!! Easy to install but just time consuming if it’s your first time! Just understand that the plastic backing on these lights are like it's made out of Jolly Ranchers. I went easy and still it broke. However... It's a pig of a job anyway on these trucks. You really need to remove the whole grille assembly, batteries and grille background to do this comfortably. Your OEM plastic will also be fragile by now. I ended up having to dremel off the cracked screw holders and refashion them out of epoxy. Save yourself some time and just add a generous blob inside and outside all of them, and they will hold together when you tighten the fixings. It's a hassle, but worth it. Why? Well they look cool when they are done, like as cool as the ones that cost way more. Especially with new headlight surrounds and a new grille, all of which you can buy and still spend less than the headlights from some of the OBS custom websites. So you can look awesome as you drive yourself to get therapy for the ptsd this simple job causes you. I only cried a few times, it's ok. Leave me alone. ... show more

It was broken around the adjusting screws it's an inferior and weak plastic. And very thin ..a recipe for disaster. It was tecie ed broken .... I filled it in with hot melt glue around the adjusters to strengthen them....Very dissatisfied with this fact...they looked really nice but don't have much hope that they will last after it hits a few bumps.......40 years in automotive colission repair qualified me as an expert! Maybe I'll take it apart and video....but don't want to damage it more...I'll think on it....gonna be a lot of dissatisfied customers when they try to adjust it with the screws ....... will just break ...suggest turning the where they clip in..... then clipping in...don't use the Philips head on adjusters.....surely will break ... show more

Install is typical of any OBS headlight of the era. Whole grill comes out, little clips tend to break etc. the problem isn’t with that but with the over all lense adjuster. They start out wayyyy too low and then you either can’t get them to adjust enough, or the rod breaks in the housing. Over all they look nice during the day but are almost useless at night. ... show more

Took about 2 hours total. Everything installed easy, only had to sand down the bulb guides a little. Overall very happy with these. Would recommend to anyone looking to spruce up and old farm truck.
