I ordered 9 rolls of this and it seems that multiple of those rolls were sun baked. If you just need a roll or 2 I think this would be a good option for the price. Just be mindful when installing, the color difference is only really apprent when it's up and in the light. I found it relatively easy to work with and the company did help me when the issue arose. ... show more

Ordered a few rolls prior to this order and it was perfect. Unfortunately, we didn’t order enough to cover our whole counter top so we ordered a few more rolls and they were not the same. All 3 new rolls were super thin, not glossy or white like the first round. They were completely see through and did not match as you can see in the picture. Now we have to restart the whole project and take down the progress we already made. Since we will not be taking this gamble with them anymore. They have no consistency in their products quality. I even put scrap paper on top from the first round so you can see how different they are from one an another. ... show more

    • Cost effective way to bring new life to ugly countertops!

I bought this one because I didn't want the silver glitter that the other white ones had. This one has no glitter. It was not terribly difficult to apply (I have absolutely no experience). I suggest: 1. Make sure your countertop is very clean. 2. Don't jump right into the most visible / largest space. I say start somewhere less visible so you have some practice. 3. Don't try to match up the edges exactly. Just go over and cut off the excess. Have a sharp knife for this. 4. Do the top border separately. 5. Watch some youtube videos before you start. The media could not be loaded. I upcycled an old portable table I got for nearly free at an auction. I use it in my soldering lab, and got tired of looking for dropped parts against such a dark background. I was able to quickly apply this contact paper, and now I have a nice shiny white surface, and dropped parts really stand out against it.
