It helps hold my stomach in place after surgery, but I wish it was shaped better. The top sticks out away from my stomach instead of closer to it. But other than that it is comfortable and hold my tummy in. Now it doesn't feel like everything will fall out.

I purchased this after surgery. The hospital gave me one but it started ripping at the seam and was hard to put on. This one is one peice, no side seam. Sturdier, thicker fabric/elastic. Easier to put on. I got one size larger so I had more room to grasp it and wrap around. Right after surgery i couldn't put either one on myself but few days later I can. Just take it slow and no lifting for many weeks. A binder sure helps support my inscions and muscles.

I use an abdominal binder to help with back pain when upright or walking for any length of time. The 3 panels fit me comfortably while providing the support I need. It does not dig into my ribcage or hips which is key and also offers more breathability and is less conspicuous under my clothes. The S/M size is more than adequate so I would say fit is true to size if you use the size chart. The velcro closure is strong.

This support band works as intended but the material it is made of is very uncomfortable and I could only wear it with a t-shirt of tank underneath. It offers a lot of stretch and support and helped with my post surgery needs.

I have a 41 inch waist. I purchased the XL belt 47 inches long and it fits and overlaps well. The Velcro is super strong. Once I got adjusted to the support I desired, I find it easier to leave the abdominal belt fastened and step into it so the fit is always correct. I suggest you use a permanent marker to mark the belt so when you wash it you can re-duplicate the exact fit you want.
