I've committed to doing daily core exercises because I have a bad back. Every other day I do stuff like planks, dead big, etc but I wanted a faster way to exercise my core for the off days. I've been using this for about a month now, it was super easy to assemble and feels very sturdy with the two wheels side by side. It is a really great and fast core workout. I wouldn't use this right off the bat unless you already have some core strength though, or be very careful. Or you could fall on your face and/or strain something. ... show more
