Size: 24 inch
Negative reviews said it doesn't hold the number of bottles listed and noise issues. Initially we liked it but did notice that the only way it would hold the number of bottles advertised is if they all were the narrowest 750 ml wine bottles, any others like most chardonnays and will not fit in a way that you can fill all racks to capacity. The bottom shelf is also spaced in a way that you cannot fit bottles on it normally and get the door to close. You have to shove them all the way to the back with the base up on the shelf in order to close the door. Furthermore, every time you pull that drawer out it also pulls the one above it out and you have reorganize all the bottom shelf bottles. It definitely is misleading in terms of capacity. Now on the noise issue. It was perfectly quiet for the first six months or so to the point you could not even tell it was running. After about six months it started making random squeaking and buzzing noises. They were not all that loud but they were noticeable. There was no way to predict when the noise would happen and it also did not happen all the time. In November it started to make a very loud noise like a leaf blower sound. After troubleshooting with the chat support, it ultimately was determined that one of the inside fans was defective. This took over two weeks to get to that point. I purchased an extended warranty and found out all it covers was parts. The chat support sent me a YouTube video showing how to replace the fan. It is definitely something I am capable of doing, but it is a rather lengthy process and will take me well over an hour to do. Also the video does not have any sound or narration to guide you through the process. Finally, I "ordered" the fan in late November, and I still have not received it. I keep getting these lame excuses as to why it is being delayed. The most recent ones blamed Chinese New Year and I was told I would get it within 10-15 days. I am still waiting. I am changing my rating from one star to four based on an update. I finally received the replacement fan and was able to replace it myself. It took about an hour to do so. It also took almost three months to get the fan. So far that seems to have fixed the problem. The technical support also said I would be reimbursed $60 for my time since they did not have an in home repair option for the warranty yet. I have not received that payment yet but I trust that they will follow through on that. When I took all the shelves out to complete the repair, I also figured out a way to fix the problem with the bottom shelf. There is a ridge that has a slope where the motor is housed on the bottom of the fridge and that causes the shelf to slip off. I took two pieces of cardboard and folded them once and that was exactly the height the shelf dropped. That fixed the problem and now the bottles fit on the bottom without causing them to have to be rearranged every time you open it. Also by taking out all the drawers and replacing them one at a time, I was able to fit five more bottles in the fridge so now it is at its actual stated capacity. Based on how they finally resolved my noise problem, I do recommend this fridge. But just be aware of the issues I wrote about here. When it is quiet like it is now, it is a really good wine refrigerator. ... show more

  • Helpful service
Size: 28 bottles
We purchased this product due to our confines of space and it was a perfect fit for our location. It has been very convenient and the dual temperature sections is our favorite feature. We have reached out to service for help a couple of times and have always received a response either through email or Facebook messenger. They have also sent us replacement parts for free such as a shelf that broke and a cooling fan. We appreciate their thoughtfulness for their customers! ... show more

  • Elegant Dual zone cooler to Showcase a few of your Favorites
Size: 28 bottles
The media could not be loaded. REVIEW: Aaooboai 28 bottle dual zone 15” wide wine cooler, about $600. Very well packed for shipping. Very heavy upon delivery 99 pounds! Once unpacked, it’s hard to maneuver around because there’s not much clearance from the bottom of the case to the floor. So your fingertips are in jeopardy, unless you drag it around the floor with some cheap potholders or something underneath. The instructions say if you move it full, you may destroy it. Bordeaux! Bordeaux! Bordeaux! Bordeaux versus typical North American size bottle: If you shop for a lot of California or Chilean wines, the bottles are much larger than Bordeaux (France) and you can fit maybe only 18 or 20 inside. I can’t emphasize that enough, even though other people have emphasized it enough. I thought that the bottles I normally buy from the shop are Bordeaux-size bottles, but they’re much larger. The bottom shelf is shorter than the other shelves, as the compressor for the wine cooler sits behind it. You won’t get ANY long bottles in there at all. The smaller upper zone is the cooler zone for whites. The larger bottom zone is the warmer zone for reds. Solidly made, I like the four fans, and the charcoal filter, which you should replace every 12 months. and with the blue LED light on: really sexy and atractive. The compressor versus thermal electric was critical for me as we don’t cool the downstairs, and the temperature can vary 20 degrees daily from the 60s to the 80s Fahrenheit. So I wanted to protect my wine with this cooler, and I don’t think the thermoelectrics would do as well in the heat. One thing I didn’t like straight away: I stripped the screws that attach the door handle to the cooler. It’s an awkward geometry to put those in, including peeling back the silicon/rubber gasket that seals the front door. They should re-engineer that. The screws are cheap Chinese soft metal screws, so if you try to apply pressure you’ll just strip the heads. So, door “on,” and a bit “rattley,” but good enough. If you’re thinking about getting a wine cooler, you probably have more wine than you think. So there are a couple of models in the market specifically tailored to what a North American might buy: the LARGER than Bordeaux bottles. And there are some models that are single zone and nicely fit 26 bottles for about $200. I might consider getting one for just whites and another one for just reds, for a total of about $400 To truly hold 52 bottles, versus $600 for truly only about 20 bottles. And there’s something wrong with the Feng Shui, about “stuffing” wine bottles in a smaller cooler. Not quite an elegant feeling: they should have some elbow room. Again if they’re all French Bordeaux size it would indeed be 28. I think this is really designed as a pretty showcase cooler to hold, have handy, and show off a few of your favorite whites, and maybe three or four of your favorite reds, about two bottles each; to have a nicely presented and ready for a little company. Because it IS really pretty and the detail with the wood frontage on the shelves is nice. The drawer systems are very nice quality, mechanically. The overall interior design, and lighting is really sophiaticated and cool. So in that role, it excels. For a strictly utilitarian use as a cooler, it’s overpriced, too small, and too fancy. Buy two single zone coolers, designed for larger bottles, with stainless steel racks, one for reds, one for whites, in that case. Although I’m pissed off about the stripped screws in the door handle, as it’s elegant and beautiful and otherwise well-made; and the manufacturer emphasizes for Bordeaux size bottles (it being my fault I didn’t realize Bordeaux bottles were smallIer than what I typically buy). I will give it a five out of five stars for what I believe it’s intended purpose is: a beautiful, dual zone, well-displayed and well-made cooler to have a few of your favorites handy in an elegant presentation. ... show more

  • Beautiful fit and finish all while being quiet
Size: 24 inch
This fridge is absolute a show piece to add to any kitchen. It looks incredible and its barely noticeable when on and running. I love the built in lock. • Quiet and stylish
Size: 28 bottles
I've always wanted a wine fridge. This thing is awesome. It's completely silent. There's absolutely no noise that comes from it. The shelves are amazing. They're slide out wood shelves. I really like the dual zone temperature control. You can keep white and red wine separate temperatures. My kids are not quite old enough yet but the fridge also does have a lock on it, so if I ever need it I can lock the fridge. This was definitely an upgrade to my wine status. ... show more
