    • Nightmare to deal with
Model: A3 XP600
If you want to spend a week doing maintenance for every week it works then this is the machine for you. A UV printer is only as good as its capping station - if you don’t have good vacuum/suction from the cap to the head, that means you can’t print anything. Because there are so many (cheap) moving parts to the capping station, it breaks the seal quite often which results in loss of ink flow. Customer service is only up when you’re asleep so it takes forever to get help unless you commit to being up all night and even when they do respond it is service level “recommendations” that you can find just as easy through AI. I give it two stars because it has helped start our business. We went from a brand new business to generating 30k off of 2 machines within a couple of months. But at the moment, I am playing technician 90% of the time to get machines functional instead of having time to operate a business. All in all, the main issue I have had with this machine is the capping station. If it wasn’t a complete nightmare to deal with, I’d be pleased with the product… ... show more
