The shipment comes in two separate shipments. Inks were delivered via fedex, machine was delivered thru a local freight. Owner has taken the time and dedication to set my computer, to fix any issues. I cannot complain, it’s been an amazing customer service, and was quickly to arrive. They have videos that explain how to set the base. The quality of the printer is good, it comes with extra parts.
