The bag and thermos are great the containers however appears to be used! They are scratched up on the lid as well as the bottom container! Very disappointed! I did not pay $40 for some refurbished items. I will be returning this. UPDATE: I could have sworn that I updated this review... Okay well hopefully it'll stick this time. lol Just wanted to let everyone know I'm changing the review from 1 start to 5 stars. The seller contacted me, a while back (told ya I thought I had updated the review) and informed me that sometimes the containers will get scratched up during shipping. They sent me a new set of perfect containers and they have been serving us very well. The entire kit is great and durable.     • Very Disappointed. Too Expensive for Low Quality Item
I ordered this expensive lunch cooler for $50 thinking would be top of the line. It's not. Thermos is cheap and so is silverware. The boxes don't tit easily into the opening without struggling to shove them in. More of an afterthought they were. Although the containers seem nice and are supposed to be dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. I did not test them out. If you don't use the included containers, The opening for other types is kind of narrow so you cannot easily fit them in. I have to struggle with the zippers. For this price, they should be more solid and just glide easily when opening and closing. They do not. They catch and pinch. You have to grab the dang thing with both hands firmly and carefully and precisely zip/unzip. I do not see them lasting long. On top of that, I went to request a return and see that I cannot. That is no acceptable Amazon. I haven't had this that long and haven't had a chance to really put it through its paces. I recommend you DO NOT BUY this product. Move on to something else. You will be disappointed for the price. ... show more

I ordered this meal prep lunch box since it had such great reviews but was very disappointed! As you can seen in the pictures attached the plastic mealprep containers came in scratched and old looking. The reusable silverware came in tarnished already as well. Note, this mealprep set was fresh out the plastic bag and had never been used before. This bag was not worth the money at all. ... show more

    • Throw away the spoon!
Yep, It's heavy duty and can take a lot of abuse. Carries breakfast lunch and dinner, plus snacks & drinks. Thermas keeps my coffee warm for a couple hours but wait! Throw that spoon away, it cut my upper lip really bad. I thought it was gonna take stitches. Throw that spoon out immediately.

    • Poor quality
The bag: Zippers consistently get stuck on the outer fabric and the inner cooler lining. The insulation really doesn’t exist. I take my bag out of the fridge at work to eat and before I’m even finished eating, the bag is room temperature and the other containers inside start sweating. The pockets on the size and back are helpful and surprisingly strong. I like that the size zipper pocket has a velcro insert to keep things separated. The containers: These are convenient and the smaller compartments being removable really helps to keep everything clean. The lids do seal fairly well on 3 sides. On every single one of the containers, one of the latches doesn’t stay closed. I assumed it was because I had the lid offset but all of the containers don’t close entirely which leaves room for leaking, spilled food, and air getting inside. It’s also annoyingly difficult to remove and put the containers inside the zipper portion. Almost like they are too big and have to be tipped. However, since the one side of each container doesn’t close, it makes tipping them a bit of a challenge. I’ve used this set for about two weeks now and I’ll be purchasing a different set because of the faults of this one which is a shame considering the cost. ... show more

This is a great bag. The boxes seal perfectly and fit a perfect portion in them. The thermos is a little small for my preference though. I use this every day and have enough room to store meals for a full day of duty (24 hour period), using the side pocket I can keep a small mason jar with oatmeal for breakfast, 3 meals in the boxes in the main compartment and snack stuff in the top. My only complaint is that the top zipper has a tendency to catch the liner when unzipping. This could possibly lead to a ripped liner in the future. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product had potential. The size is perfect for what I need it for. The containers fit in the lunchbox perfectly..... but, the small side clip of each of my containers do not stay latched. I have provided a photo and video. Also, the main zipper constantly gets stuck so instead of a quick zip and unzip to get or put away my containers, I have to take the time to get the zipper unzipped or zipped back up. Although not the end of the world, it is an inconvenience for the amount of money I spent on this product. ... show more

    • Almost Perfect
Everything was nice minus how the interior of the containers were with the section dividers u wanna use to store small foods,because then if u have it in the same container as something else that implies food in the larger area can get under it since it is removable, would have been better to have 2 containers normal and 1 of them with built in trays to seperate it well,as being able to take then out food can get under and make it very dirty and hard to eat comfortably without making a mess at work. I also didnt like the area where u store your drinks but not because it's not good imo but because of the seperater u can remove to make it hold 1 or 2 beverages depending on size is just very weird to remove and reapply so I plan to either never have it on or never take it off. But as a standalone and doing what it's supposed to do,very amazing and of course u can always just swap out a container or 2 of your own to get the perfect organization of ur meals so its not that much of an issue. Just a bit of notpicks of personal preference. also the bag is very nice and comfortable. I'd give it a 8/10 overall with the things included and 10/10 as just a lunchbag itself. ... show more
