These sublimated beautifully. I went looking for times and temps in the reviews, but not a lot of people share that information, so I want to say what worked for me. Here's what I did, and it worked great the first time. I sized my image a little bigger, 9.5 in width, and 8 in height. I then placed a thin dish towel over my image and pressed the image for 60 seconds at 400 degrees. It came out vibrant and perfectly coated the full mouse pad. Would recommend. I'll be buying again.

Work amazingly well! Sublimation print was done on Epson 170 printer. 375 degrees for 60 seconds medium press. Love it! Easy to use, superb print quality and a great value for the money. They have a nice nonslip bottom.

When I tell you this mousepad takes color — I mean it! The colors come out vibrant, crisp, and absolutely gorgeous. We use these to make custom designs that we sell to raise money for our cat rescue, and they’ve been a hit every time. The quality is consistent and impressive, which is so important when you’re producing items to resell or gift. What I love most is that no time or temp adjustments were needed — straight out of the box, these performed exactly as expected. The finished product looks clean and professional, with no weird fuzziness or fading. Highly recommend if you’re doing sublimation work, whether for fun, fundraising, or business. These mousepads never disappoint!

UPDATE: I wasted most of this batch experimenting unsuccessfully, but had three left over to try again. Using butcher paper instead of parchment paper, and a firmer surface to press on (I used unfinished plywood instead of my EasyPress pad), I was able to make these work. The neoprene smell is still there after pressing at 385 / 50 sec, but not as strong, and there was way less steam. The result is still grayish instead of vibrant white, but by judiciously choosing the right design, these are very acceptable. ========= ORIGINAL REVIEW: I tried various heat press settings with A-Sub paper, but cannot get a vibrant white when sublimating on these blanks. There is a lot of steam emanating from the blanks after pre-heating. In an attempt to draw out more moisture, I pressed a blank 5 times. I know this was extreme, but I was experimenting to see if I could remove most of the moisture. After 5x, I stopped pre-heating because there was still stem rising, let it cool, and tried sublimating the print. The backing began to peel off, and where it didn't peel off, the rest of the black has remained sticky. I suspect it melted. On other designs (not shown), there is a faded-out swath in the center of the blanks. I am very disappointed and will try another brand of blanks. To be fair, this could also be due to a too-soft pressing mat. FINALLY... the smell of off-gassing neoprene is horrible after sublimation, so much so that it triggered a migraine today after 3 days of trying to air out the finished pads outside, and even washing them with soap and vinegar. There was minimal ODOR prior to sublimation, but the heat obviously caused the chemical reaction to make them smell like a tire store. I don't know if this is the same for all mousepads, or if there are any that don't do this. I may try to find some with a tan backing that have a weaker rubber smell. I can't be around these, that's for sure! I had to remove them from my house.

These have been great for sublimation. I've had no problems with them and the colors come out really vibrant. Will definitely be ordering them again.
