The media could not be loaded. The instructions says there are two set times of washing 10mins and 3 minutes. I set the machine for the 10 minutes wash and as you can see in the video the wash lasted less the 2 minutes, I took a video on the three minutes wash and that too lasted less than 2 minutes unfortunately Amazon allow only one video upload so I could not share. I am very disappointed. And I will return this item. The only reason I give a star is because a star is needed in order to post the review.

I would not recommend anyone to buy this. I thought it would be so convenient to use for inner or t shirt.. but guess what happend.. when u turn the machine with cover on top water goes everywhere.. I berley can put one Bra and it goes all over.. not draining water.. if I put 3 shocks pairs whole machine is moving back and forth then it shuts off.. and lot more to say but guess what do not buy

It’s pretty good except the spin bin is so tiny maybe one very tiny item. Plus a piece from the bottom to hold the bin in place broke the first time I used. I left a message a month or so ago and I just finally saw one. I need a return slip and my money back.
