Almost a perfect fix. Only thing that I had a slight issue with was the D-Gas bottle hose. It fits but it just a little tight. Other than that the radiator fits perfectly. Very well made and high quality.

Great quality product! Easy install! Looks great! There is one issue with this product! The reservoir nipple on the stock version is recessed on top of the radiator. This one isn't so my reservoir wouldn't go back in its original position because it hits the nipple! I found some relocation brackets online from someone that had the same issue. These brackets were 60 dollars but do work! That is the only issue I've had product is awesome other than that. This is why I give it four stars instead of five! ... show more

Replaced the broken plastic radiator in my 2003 Ford Excursion, 7.3L diesel. Fitment where the overflow tank mounts is tight but workable.

    • DOES NOT FIT A 2000 F250 SuperDuty

SuperDuty has a recessed neck for overflow reservoir connection. This does not. Now my connection is pinched closed and I am holding the reservoir in place with tye wraps. Would have returned it but had to have a radiator to go to work the next day. Very disappointed.
