It came well packed and clear instructions on how to care/clean for this comforter. I love how fluffy it is. It is also very warm and lightweight for me. I had a different comforter before and it went flat easily, but this one I had about a week or so, I have no problem so far. Love it anyway!

When I received my package, the box that it came in was very small and I was like how do you fit a queen comforter in this? It was vacuum sealed and when I opened it up it was not fluffy at all. I threw it in the dryer for ten minutes and that helped. I’ve had the comforter for several nights and it does fluff up! I absolutely love it except for one thing. It is way too hot. It says medium warmth but it is so hot. Other than that, it’s light, fluffy and I love it! ... show more

The packaging was nice. It came vacuum packed with a storage bag and care instruction card, as some of the pictures show. However, upon opening and fluffing, this is not as near as fluffy as the pictures show. The shell is very soft, but I love my comforters to be really poofy and this was severely lacking. There isn't a smell and its not noisy at all. Also, even after putting in the dryer it is VERY wrinkled. Edit: I added a star because after a couple of days it is fluffier. Still not as big as the picture, but honestly it is a really nice comforter. It's very soft and light, yet still feels warm. I haven't tested it during colder months, though. Very good deal. It’s light but warm. It’s been rainy and cold these days. I don’t feel cold at all when I put this quilt on. It can be sucked into a small package and saves space when stored. I like it.
