I gifted my mom these for Mother's Day and she really liked them! They came packaged really securely with a good amount of foam, so I did have to clean them off quite a bit to make them look perfect, but it wasn't too bad. The mat was nice and the glass was clear. They definitely look and feel very high quality! Overall, I would buy again!

The frames were exactly what I wanted. I needed them to match some smaller frames and wasn't able to find near by. I'm happy with the frames. Shipping was fast. My only complaint was one of the frames glass was broken. It really should have been packed a little better. They each were in a a frame box, how you would buy them in the store, front open. Each were in a very thin packing bag. They were put into a larger box with the glass part facing each other. Some package material should have be placed in the middle of the 2 frames and some packing material behind each one. Didn't need to be a lot, a thin layer.

One came with the glass cracked, which was likely the fault of shipping. I'll be replacing the glass for it, since the frames themselves are very nice.

I ordered ten of these and they arrived in perfect condition. Not a crack among them. They are very nice. The mat is ivory on one side and white on the other. They suited my needs nicely.

I ordered three types of frames at the same time. All within about $5 dollars of each other and these are -by far- the best of the three. The back is clean/flush, and they're a good weight. The glass is highly reflective and looks so nice when the suns out. I'll end up buying more of them.
