The media could not be loaded. This is a sturdy, well-designed product. My gate setup is a bit tricky as if the wheel is mounted too close to the gate, it gets blocked. But with a few adjustments, it now works perfectly.

I got this for a heavy gate door that would eventually sag. This wheel just lifts it up so it doesn't sag and makes opening the gate door easy. It has a spring/shock for uneven ground that works pretty well on my less than level dirt. Overall it seems durable and like it will last a long time.

The media could not be loaded. Did I get a defective wheel? Look how it is crooked and there is a spacer only on one side. I am unsure if this is how it is supposed to be or if I was sent a broken one. Update: I *was* sent a broken one. One of the bearings had slipped completely out of place. It wasn't locked into the hub correctly. Notice in the second photo you can’t even see the spacer because it and the bearing on that side were pushed inside the hub. I took everything apart and fixed it myself. I re-seated the bearing and hopefully got it locked into place where it will not pop out again. Time will tell. But it arrived broken, which should NOT happen. It was not padded in the packing either, which may have attributed to this issue. Edit 2: Added video of working wheel.
