The piano works as expected. The buttons are made very cheaply so not expected for a $200 piano. The quality of the stand is honestly horrible. It didn’t come with all the necessary hardware and came with screws that didn’t even go to it. The instructions weren’t the best. It’s a good size and easy to use, but I’d want to find a better quality stand at least for $200.

The sound quality and tonality of the piano. Volume at max was extremely weak. The sustain dropped off and the low end audio was weak no mater if you turned it up it was still quieter than the mid and high range of the piano. Not happy at all!

The audio that was used for its commercials, clearly prove that it was not the same piano. I am extremely disappointed. With the purchase of this piano, the bottom end gets drowned out by the upper ranges and yes, you can adjust the volume controls per lower ranges and upper ranges however, it still doesn’t hold onto its tone even while using the sustain pedal I am extremely disappointed with my purchase as a Yamaha user from the age of five now 50 cruises. I should’ve just stuck with Yamaha. I will give this purchase one more day to figure out whether or not I’m going to keep this sad freaking piano or send it back because the 200 that I spent for it is not worth the tone.
