The tech was very helpful in getting us up and running. We had a case that was damaged in shipping that was promptly replaced. We have purchased 20 units so far and are very happy with the product. The media could not be loaded. The support from YCKJNB brand has been amazing. We wanted the versatility of building a led wall while maintaining the flexibility of using individual displays to spread them out through convention halls. These units allow you to extend the displays by connecting them together (we had up to 6 units connected). We have used these displays for fundraising events and in convention center halls for a large conference. It's the partnership with YCKJNB and how they go beyond expectations. The displays themselves are amazing and become a focal point no matter placement - and a conversation piece. We have purchased 12 of these specific units.
