After a shipping glitch, I reached out to the seller. Within a couple of hours I had a response. They found the error and corrected it and shipped another one and promptly replied with both tracking numbers. It shipped FedEx, which in my area tends to take longer. I received the TV stand one day and the fireplace insert a day later. It took a total of about 4 hours to put together, taking my time and following the instructions step by step. Pretty easy overall. Love the fireplace effects and the heater is quit and works well for the size of my living room. I’m completely thrilled with this unit and the customer service I received.

No review horrible experience most pieces chipped missing 4 lock screws had to go to Lowe’s to try and find the parts to finish the product pieces not even lining up bc the bottom and top are 2 pieces the pre screw holes are horrible the screws are so soft when u screw them in the screw strips never will buy again they want me to send it back but im not putting all this back in the box then have to take 2 heavy boxes back to send it back
