This cord winder works and looks great! I do not understand the negative reviewers who say that they have to unwind the cords in order to lift or drop the blinds. You just grab this winder with your cords wrapped around it and pull the exact same way you would if your cords were hanging loose. It is exactly what you need to keep your cords from tangling or dangling or getting eaten by cats.     • Doesn't work super well with fatter, longer cords
I like these for thin cording, but they don't work super well with anything larger. I tried it with a simple nylon-braided USB-C cord and it filled it up real fast and was difficult to get through the little slots on the sides. They do work well for keeping longer cords wound when using them at shorter lengths. I just wish they were a little more universal. ... show more

I was dubious, and I have no idea how to work it, but it has shortened the cords out of reach of the toddlers so that's a good thing. They should hold up fine, risk is probably cooking it wrong so it falls off and gets lost. Anyway, kind of a handsome extra. Doesn't work with cordless blinds.

These blind cord wraps were just what I was looking for to protect my toddler. My little one is tall for their age and for some reason my blind strings are longer than the average. I needed something to wrap the cords safely without knotting them up and making them unusable. The thick plastic is durable with an ergonomic design, easy to use, and straight forward to install. There is plenty of room to wrap the string along the device while also allowing you to use the blinds at the same time.
