Well , I have never used a rechargeable lithium battery before, but have used other types of rechargeable batteries, these seem to work okay in my flashlight applications, although they will not work in my outside , solar light system. These batteries require a different amount of power to be charged. So that's totally on me for not researching this type of battery. But other than that I have no problem, as they work in my flashlight just as well as the other batteries have. But I just have to charge them on an approved type of charger. As for the value, i would say, I got a good deal.

2 month review. These charged great the first time and they did work fine until the battery died. Now they are unable to charge. I bought a new Lithion battery charge and it takes it 15 seconds to show charge. When these discharge to Zero, they can not be brought back to life. I will not purchase again. Really thought they'd be great. UPDATE: These are very good batteries However you MUST use a real Lithium Ion charger. Mine did not work. These are great batteries and store a whole lot of power. Do not allow them to discharge completely. Great product. ****BUYERS Be Aware you MUST get a newer Lithium Ion Battery Charger. Older ones don't fully charge. When using a newer charger they are EXCELLENT batteries. Suggest you DON"T let batteries fully discharge otherwise you'll have to look online and see how to treat the battery to get it to charge. Great batteries.

They last a long time the first time you charged them. Then they won't fully recharge or you have a defective battery or two. A total waste of money

All batteries and charger still performing flawlessly. People who complain of faulty batteries are probably letting the batteries fully discharge in their device. I had the same problem with lithium batteries until I looked up the issue. Now I simply set a time frame... like every month on my driveway alert device... where I recharge on a schedule. If the batteries have a over discharge protection... they sometimes simply need to be left in the charger for a while... even though displaying an error, until the over discharge protection deactivates as the charger trickle current takes the voltage of the battery past that point of over discharge activation that disconnects the battery from the device to protect the battery.

With electronic strobes, it is much slower to charge then NMIH Batteries. On two different brand sets of lithium rated at 3600MAH straight out of the charger, it took 16 seconds to charge to ready light, where as with NIMH older batteries it took 5 seconds to ready light. I assumed it would be faster and last longer. Time tests to follow, but in terms of speed it is NOT fast.
