We create your Xorbee in our facility in beautiful Muskegon, Michigan. Most of our competition are resellers or they use materials that are made in China. Xorbee’s are 100% Made in the Good Ol’ USA. Because Xorbees are manufactured in America in our own facility, we have control over every aspect of the manufacturing process. Xorbee’s are filled with superior foam and better quality fabrics than any other foam bag chair company on the market. Our foam is softer and more comfortable than other companies because we use premium furniture grade foam. Also, we're finicky: we sort out the foam that is no good and send it back. We never allow packaging foam or football pad foam anywhere near your Xorbee. Xorbee Twill and Xorbee Micro Suede covers are removable and machine washable. Another great feature you will get with every Xorbee is an internal liner. While some competitors cut costs and don't include a liner and others offer it as an expensive option, all Xorbee’s come with an inner liner that contains our Shredded Furniture Foam. The Xorbee liner enables you to simply unzip the outer cover and put the cover in the washing machine. The important thing when washing your cover is to make sure you completely re-zip the cover closed before putting it into the washing machine. This is to ensure nothing gets caught in the washing machine which could result in damage to your cover. It is recommended that you air dry the covers, however they can also be put in the dryer and tumble dried on low.
