Plug and play. Two nuts and the plugs and you're back on the road. And for half the price of their website for the same motor, so far as I can tell. No complaints, it is exactly what was expected and no issues with build quality or functionality. Good option if you're crapped out

My Volpam e-scooter started making some funny noises after about a year and I eventually got the dreaded I7 error. Reached out to Volpam through Amazon and they sent me a motor at no charge. You have to take apart the bottom panel of the scooter to swap out the wires of the existing motor. It wasn’t as difficult as I expected. The new motor works perfectly and I’m hoping it will last me another year. ... show more

Wires in motor got twisted and pulled out after 4 months. No replacement or repair options. If you chance it, get the warranty.
